The Walters Art Museum

The Walters Art Museum is internationally recognized for its vast collection which spans from Ancient Egypt to twentieth century Europe.

Admission to the Walters is free, like the BMA.

It is located in the Mt. Vernon Cultural District.

On this particular visit I spent most of my time at a current exhibition titled “Uncertain Times: Martin Luther’s Remedies for the Soul.” It is on display until October 29, 2017 and marks the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation.

Visit http://www.thewalters.org for a full listing of exhibitions, including those belonging to the future and past as well as those that travel to other museums.

This concludes my three week dedication to my three favorite Baltimore museums this summer. Stay tuned as I visit them again when the leaves fall.
